Electric motors VNZ series AIR, A4, A5, AN, 5AN, etc.
General industrial asynchronous motors AIR
A general industrial asynchronous motor is used to provide drive for various units and mechanisms that do not have any special conditions for starting, energy indicators and sliding characteristics, etc. They include: asynchronous motors AIR, 4A, 5A with a power range of 0.06 ... 400 kW and the height of the axis of the motors from 50 to 355 mm.
Explosion-proof motors
Explosion-proof - asynchronous motors with a short-circuited rotor, used as drives of mechanisms in industry, where the formation of explosive gases, mixtures and vapors with air is possible. Explosion-proof electric motors are very often used in the pumping industry and are used when completing pumping units for explosive conditions.
Crane engines
Engines used mainly as drives in crane and other mechanisms, and operating in short-term or repeatedly short-term modes, with frequent braking and start-up are called crane. Crane electric motors can be used in mechanisms with long-term operation.
Motors with electromagnetic brake
Motors in which the electromagnet is excited in two ways - by alternating or direct current rectified using a rectifier are called electric motors with electromagnetic braking. Such engines that use electromagnetic braking are marked with the letter "E" or the letter "E2" if manual disinhibition is used.
Asynchronous motors AN
AN-series motors are three-phase asynchronous with a short-circuited rotor. AN engines are used in mechanisms with long-term operation (S1 according to GOST 183), powered by an alternating current network with a frequency of 50 or 60 Hz and operated indoors and manufactured for countries with moderate (version - U3) and tropical (version - T3) climate.
Asynchronous single-phase motors
Single-phase electric motors, in which only one stator winding is working, are powered by a single-phase AC network. Single-phase motors are used as a drive for various low-power equipment - for woodworking machines, fans, compressors, small lifts, conveyors. They are used to drive pumping equipment.
Engines of large machines
The A4, DAZO, DOVE, etc. engine is used as a drive for large mechanisms. The operation of these engines of general industrial design takes place in rooms that do not contain explosive, flammable or chemically active substances. The DAV engine (DAZO) is used for completing large-sized pumps (for example, horizontal pumps of type D, 1D).
